This is my own personal fitness journey. My struggles, my triumphs, my frustrations and my victories. I started this blog as a way to keep me accountable (although it has become so much more) and the whole story is here, right from the beginning.

Staying on track when things go wrong.

What’s important is to move forward even when there are setbacks. I’m hoping this time will be the end of the endless sicknesses. I don’t know that it will be, but whatever happens, I’ll continue to focus on my health.
